Ticking return includes the trip, but cannot automatically read Google Maps times without an API key. Enter the time shown in Maps. If blank, your schedule will show a partial total instead of guessing.

The total crates in the delivery round determine loading time. For example, 30 crates take about 11 minutes using the default rate of 45 crates in 16 minutes. This rate is separate from van capacity.

Extra minutes can cover parking, gaining access or paperwork. Change any figure to match how the driver works.

4. Google Maps integration Optional

Without an API key, use manual mode: click Check leg in Maps beneath each drop and enter the drive minutes shown from the previous stop to this stop only. With a key, Google calculates one route and returns an individual time for each consecutive leg (and can optimise the order). Google returns a separate time for each consecutive stop in one multi-stop route.

Automatic mode requires Google Maps JavaScript API, Routes API and a billing-enabled Google Cloud project. Restrict your API key; it is not saved by this tool.

5. Delivery drops

Enter a full address or postcode and crate count. Manual drive minutes must be for the journey from the previous stop only (not the full round).
